Dream House Residence is a gated community with 24 hour security.

You can enter the complex in two ways:

• On foot: Use the main pedestrian entrance door.A physical key is required.
By car: Use the sliding vehicle gate. A remote gate opener is required.

(Access keys / remotes will be provided as part of your check in.)

The apartment includesdesignated parking spaces:

• A private parking spot is reserved for you only if requested at the time of booking.
• You must park only in the space assigned to the apartment.
• This ensures you always have a guaranteed parking space (when booked in advance).

In the Dominican Republic, power outages are not uncommon.The complex is equipped with a backup generator to keep the power supply stable at all times.
